ACRO RUBBER - RUST REHAB is a one component Barrier coat that is Highly flexible, anti-corrosive, rust converting, adhesion promoted, self priming, waterproofing roof paint that encapsulates the rusted surfaces.

ACRO RUBBER - RUST REHAB creates an impermeable Rust resistant barrier between the rusted or poorly prepared substrates and the environment.

ACRO RUBBER - RUST REHAB ensures an efficient rust blocking barrier and can be used with and without a woven membrane for sealing roofs from water penetration.

Can be used on any roof type. [Tiles, cement, metal etc] but is recommended mainly for STEEL/ZINC/IBR roofs.
Cement tiles (new or weathered), fiber cement sheeting (new or weathered), Plaster, previously painted substrates.
Gutters and downpipes
Well prepared rusty metal roofs, Chromadek roofs, galvanized roofs, previously painted metal roofs.
Parapet walls
Primed metal and wooden substrates.
Flat cement/concrete roofs/wall tops
Seal nail heads and roofing bolts.

FIBERKLAD is a water based anti fungal, fibre reinforced flexible rubber roof coating that will Paint and Waterproof your roof all in one. FIBERKLAD creates an impermeable barrier between the substrate and the environment sealing it, and keeping the corrosive elements away. Fiberklad is used without a woven membrane for waterproof and sealing of roofs and parapet walls

- Can be used to waterproof parapit walls, stable flashings, re-waterproofing, Sealing of joints,

laps and roof screws on corrugated roofs.

Coverage

- 0.5m² per litre per coat. Applied in a 2 to 3 coat application.

Roof and Seal is a high quality UV stable, flexible rubber roof coating that will Paint and Waterproof your roof all in one

Roof and Seal has excellent adhesion and can be applied to most construction materials interior and exterior. Roof and Seal creates an impermeable barrier between the substrate and the environment sealing it, and keeping the corrosive elements away. Roof and seal can be used without a membrane up to 3mm gaps. Can be used with a woven membrane for waterproof and sealing of roofs and parapet walls

Roof and Seal is most commonly applied to:

Interior and exterior surfaces
Acro roof and Seal can be used with a woven membrane.
Cement tiles (new or weathered), fiber cement sheeting (new or weathered), Plaster, previously painted substrates.
Ibr and zinc roofs
Mold and Fungus Resistant
Primed metal and wooden substrate.
FIRST COAT - 5-6 sqm per litre @ 45 micron DFT per coat varying with porosity and type of substrate.
SECOND COAT 6-8 sqm per litre

ROOF KOTE

Roof kote is an Acrylic long Life Roof Paint with Good durability and UV resistance

Can be used to waterproof with a membrane

Excellent adhesion.
Excellent, no mess application properties.
Quick drying 2 coats can be applied in one day.
Low odour.
If correctly applied to a properly prepared substrate the product has a life expectancy of 5 - 7 years, possibly longer.

6-8 SQM per 1 litre

Although the spreading rate will vary with porosity and type of substrate, for uncoated new surfaces work on 5-7 square meters per litre for the first coat and 6-8 square meters per litre for subsequent coats and for when applied to sealed, previously painted substrates
